Retail Store Associate

Description As a Wild Fork Team Member, your focus is to deliver a memorable experience to all of our guests. You will be trained to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, providing the highest level of product knowledge to recommend favorite dishes or proteins. You are responsible for ensuring proper inventory control, maximizing product freshness and availability, replenishing low‑stock items, picking and packing online orders, and delivering a friendly checkout experience. Become a product and culinary expert by fully engaging in training to provide great recipes and cooking tips. Provide a butcher‑friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way. Assist customers during checkout and deliver an experience to remember. Perform stocking duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds, rotating products, ordering, dusting, and cleaning the store. Oversee daily price changes and manage the cash register as required. Process customer e‑commerce orders and ensure timely product hand‑out for deliveries. Work in an extremely cold environment—pulling racks, processing shipments, and performing monthly inventory in a walk‑in freezer. Perform other related duties as assigned. Physical Demands and Work Environment Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force. Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures—walk‑in freezers. Stand or walk for up to 8–10 hours. Frequent movement within the store to access various departments and products. One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required. Work with integrity as a team toward a shared vision.
