Stay informed about educational trends and best practices to enhance school operations. Requirements Valid state certification or licensure in school administration or leadership. Prior experience in an educational setting, preferably in a leadership or administrative role. Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff.
