As part of our SOAR team, you'll serve an impressive roster of clients, hauling temperature-controlled freight in late model, well-equipped trucks. Compensation Annual pay: $200,000 average gross pay 75% of the linehaul gross revenue Additional Pay: Get $50 per hour after just 2 hours of waiting Maximize your earnings with a cap of $300 per 24-hour period Paid via direct deposit weekly Payments & Fixed Costs Choose the truck that fits your business plan ( Freightliner Cascadia) Lightly Used (50K-200K miles): $850-$900/week Midlife Equipment (200K-325K miles): $700/week Ownership Path (325K-450K miles): $600/week Permits and Plates - $44.23 per week Driver Tech Unit- $16.00 per week Trailer Rental Fee - $150.00 per week Contractor Engagement Fee - $62.50 per week until $2.500 and full refundable after 12 months Operating ESO - $.08 per mile and cap at $10,000 (maintenance/downtime account) Pre-Pass - $4.00 per week Trans-flo - $10.00 per week Perks Newer model trucks available Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits available to be purchased through TrueNorth No upfront money down No credit check Company paid reefer fuel Company fuel network & discounts 100% of fuel discounts passed through to you EFS card for fuel, def, reefer and scales Single Source Dispatch Blue Chip customers Discounted service rates Operates under SOAR authority Home time, Route & Schedule Home Time: Choose your home time, most drivers are home for 3-4 days every 3 weeks Average weekly miles - 2,450 - 3,000 Route: Primary Power Lanes (I-80, I-90 and I-94) but we run all 48 states 100% no touch freight Equipment Freightliner Cascadia Bumper to Bumper Maintenance Program EW4 and TC4 coverage 4 year - 450,000 mile chassis warranty 4 year - 500,000 mile engine warranty Must have physical damage insurance, bobtail/non-trucking liability, occupational accident coverage, general liability coverage Qualification Must have valid CDL A License 23 years of age Minimum 12 Months OTR experience doing dry van or reefer within the last 36 months Clean MVR and driving history Solid work history Clean background Operates under SOAR authority Must reside in one of the following states: OH, WI, ND (Fargo Only), IA, NE, KS, MO, IN Soar founded in 2002 with the goal of becoming a premier refrigerated carrier that would offer a superior experience to its truck drivers-as well as its shippers.
