Barista

Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood is looking for an experienced Barista to join our high-volume, quality-driven team. We’re located at 8766 Holloway Dr. and are seeking someone who takes pride in craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys taking care of guests.

Availability for closing shifts and weekends is required.

Third-wave coffee experience is required.

• Prepare hot and cold beverages to Dialog standards

• Dial in and calibrate espresso throughout service

• Execute consistent, high-quality latte art

• Prepare smoothies according to company recipes

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

• Follow all health and safety guidelines

• Deliver warm, professional, and thoughtful guest service

• Proven barista experience in third-wave coffee

• Strong espresso calibration skills

• Confident latte art execution

• Reliable attendance and high integrity

• Excellent attention to detail

• Clear, calm, and professional communication

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume cafe

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to follow direction, ask questions, and grow with the team

• Valid California Food Handler’s Card

• $21/hour + tips
