Job Overview

Duties

• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

• Working closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members.

Experience

• Qualified candidates should have a valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

• Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
