What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate nursing care, treatments and medications to residents
• Monitor residents' health and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership
• Complete assessments, documentation and required reports
• Provide emergency care and respond to residents' changing needs
• Supervise and support nursing staff as assigned
• Work collaboratively with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Current Virginia nursing license appropriate to the position
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
• Ability to provide compassionate care to elderly and disabled residents
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow nursing policies and procedures
• Ability to work in an active healthcare environment and meet the physical demands of the position
