Daycare Flex Savings Plan CEU Reimbursement Responsibilities Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users on best practices. Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and cleaning. Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards. Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships to represent HearingLife as an advocate for life-changing differences. Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories. Maintain a current understanding of third‑party payors and payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws. Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinic financial KPIs. Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio including conducting hearing tests, coaching, and educating patients on hearing aid devices. Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements. Operate audiometric equipment and interpret the results. Communicate test results and propose treatment in a manner easily understood by patients. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements. 2+ years of Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years of equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
