Available Hours

Sundays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM Mondays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM Wednesday evenings until 11:00 PM Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Fridays from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM Choose the shifts that work best with your availability!

What You'll Do

Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home Assist with daily care needs within your nursing scope of practice Monitor the patient's safety, comfort, and overall well-being Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered Communicate with the patient, family, and clinical support team Complete simple, real-time documentation during your shift

What We're Looking For

Active Illinois RN or LPN license CPR certification or willingness to obtain Compassionate, dependable, and attentive nurses Strong communication and documentation skills Nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships through 1:1 care No private duty nursing experience? That's okay! We provide paid hands-on training and ongoing clinical support to help you feel comfortable and confident in the home.
