Conducting training sessions as needed and tracking participation. Regularly requesting feedback from trainees to ensure a high‑quality experience Job training with standard work description, SOP and WI safety training, STOP, FLRA and all other safety programs Resolving any conflict immediately and ensuring behavior is in line with IKO values. Asking for help if needed Ensuring proper documentation and completing reports (compliance, checklists, production reports, spreadsheets, metrics, incident investigations, etc.) Qualifications Post‑secondary degree/diploma, preferably in industrial technology or engineering, business administration, or management Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, 3 of which must be in a supervisory role Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with hands‑on problem‑solving skills in a manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability to successfully manage a diverse group of employees Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation), analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Proven track record of operational enhancement and improvements through employee engagement, demonstrated team‑building talent Flexible to work varying shift and days Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office Knowledge of Workday time and attendance system is an asset Benefits of Employment We are pleased to offer competitive compensation, health care, a progressive and challenging workplace, and a commitment to teamwork and integrity.
