What You'll Do

As an independent life insurance agent contracting with Mach FT, you'll manage and grow your own business while leveraging our resources and expertise to serve your clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Build and manage your pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and client relationships.
• Work with Mach FT professionals to evaluate products, carrier options, and underwriting requirements.
• Submit and manage applications while working with our team to help move cases through underwriting and placement.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to meet their evolving insurance needs.
• Maintain all required state insurance licenses, continuing education (CE) requirements, and active Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and insurance solutions.

What We're Looking For

• An active life insurance license in your state of residence, with the ability to obtain additional
• nonresident licenses as needed.
• A minimum of two years of life insurance sales experience.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow an independent business.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
• A commitment to understanding clients' needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.
• A willingness to learn, leverage available resources, and continually develop your expertise.

Position Details

• Work Arrangement: 100% remote
• Engagement Type: Independent contractor
• Compensation: 100% commission-based, with competitive commission contracts and growth incentive opportunities; no base salary
• Production Requirements: No minimum production requirements
• Schedule: Flexible and self-directed
• Business Development: Responsible for developing and growing your own book of business
