Responsibilities Create business requirement documents covering functional and non‑functional requirements, based on information gathered in workshops and interviews with client stakeholders. Craft high‑ and low‑level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality. Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications. Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non‑functional requirements. Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules. Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions. Analyse incident trends to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents, establishing monitoring protocols. Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing successful execution of projects. Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available. Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects, providing insights on prospective influence of new technologies. Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs. Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions. Required Skills and Experience Hands on experience in DevSecOps consulting including tools, processes & ability to design scalable CI/CD architectures, migrating from legacy DevSecOps tools to modernised DevSecOps tools (Jenkins, UDeploy, Harness, Bamboo, etc.). Implementing DevSecOps governance, and enabling teams in enterprise environments. Proven experience in end‑to‑end CI/CD delivery, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, OPA‑based policies and AI‑driven pipeline automation. Preferred Skills and Experience Prior experience in large‑scale CI/CD modernization or migration projects (e.g., Jenkins to Harness, Bamboo to Harness). Exposure to enterprise AppSec workflows and integrating scanners via STO. Experience implementing Chaos Engineering practices. Good understanding of FinOps / cloud cost governance using CCM. Experience in pre‑sales, solutioning, customer workshops, and technical proposal creation. Relevant certifications: Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Harness certifications (nice to have). Strong architectural thinking and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
