Responsibilities Develop and maintain a working knowledge of client accounts Act as a point of contact for client communications via phone and email Prepare and process new account openings using digital tools (e.g., e‑signature) Coordinate account transfers, distributions, and maintenance requests Draft correspondence and prepare documentation for clients and financial institutions Process financial transactions (ACH, wires, etc.) Maintain and update CRM systems and client records with a high level of accuracy Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external financial institutions Support preparation and distribution of client materials, including quarterly reports Assist with special projects such as client events and team initiatives Schedule meetings and manage calendars using digital tools Participate in ongoing training and adapt to new systems and workflows Qualifications 3 years of office‑based client support experience required Experience in a professional services environment required (e.g., financial services, legal, accounting, etc.) CRM or ERP experience required Ability to work onsite required #J-18808-Ljbffr twiceasnice Recruiting
