Successful candidates will have previous experience preparing and issuing invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing, and maintaining records of all transactions.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Accurately prepare and process invoices
• Preparation and submission of electronic invoices in accordance with Customer requirements
• Collect, record, audit, and track labor, equipment and material tickets
• Code and approve third party invoices
• Conduct weekly job audits
• Collections on AR aging invoices
• Weekly customer cost reporting as required
• Photocopying, scanning and printing as required
• Provide misc. accounting, administrative and clerical support as needed

Job Requirements

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to read and understand contract terms and conditions
• Possess strong communication skills (written/verbal) with the ability to interface with diverse levels of personnel
• Ability to enter data with speed, consistency and accuracy
• Ability to take direction, prioritize, solve problems and work under time constraints
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
• Previous office experience, minimum of 1 year
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Understanding of Billing and Invoicing, preferably within the construction industry

Compensation: $28-33/hour (Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.)
