Job TitleThis position is responsible for proper operation of mechanical systems and equipment. These systems are life support systems or essential utilities, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, critical and commercial refrigeration, special ventilation hoods, terminal and control equipment, pneumatic, automated building systems and direct digital controls.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitors, trouble shoots and customizes the HVAC Energy Management System to optimize energy saving'sCompletes inspections and repairs of all mechanical and refrigeration equipment according to established procedures.
