The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM trained) for our clinic in Shelbyville, IL. Shelbyville is a quiet, rural community with it's own lake, bike trails, restaurants, and an excellent school district. Position Details:
-Well established, growing practice.
-Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
some clinic time will be spent completing nursing home rounds in the community in addition to clinic visits

Position Requirements:
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligibility through ABFM or ABIM
Compensation Package Details:
- Pay Range: $320,106-$390,656
- Sign on bonus
