Join Culver’s as a General Manager to drive restaurant success, inspire a team of 60–80 staff, and ensure every guest leaves happy in our high-stakes, hospitality-driven environment. This demanding role tests your limits, rewarding champions with ownership through our mentee program.

Compensation:
Earn $25.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour, with health, dental, vision benefits, PTO, employee meal discounts, and extensive training in operations, leadership, and business management. Exceed expectations to earn a coveted spot in our mentee program for ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for all restaurant operations, including P&L.
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction through KPIs.
- Build high-performing teams through hands-on floor leadership.
- Develop strategies for sustained sales and team growth.
- Travel to support other Culver’s locations or new store openings.
- Mentor staff to develop future leaders.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Expectations:
- Consistently enforce the highest standards, never accepting less than goal achievement.
- Lead independently without requiring oversight.
- Excel in high-pressure environments to meet ambitious goals.
- Demonstrate reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen for P&L management.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Restaurant management experience preferred; training provided.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, Sundays, holidays, and travel.
- Proven commitment to reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.
