About the Position: Serves as a Traffic Management Specialist reporting to the Chief, G37-Exercises, Readiness, Training, and Integration Division. Incumbent performs a variety of duties in support of exercises and readiness such as planning, developing and coordinating doctrinal reviews/updates related to transportation management. Specialized Experience: 1) Assisting with an organizations transportation exercise readiness program, 2) Analyzing after-action reports to address readiness deficiencies, 3) Operating a transport or traffic system where there is accountability for the programs operating costs. 4) Applying the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and Joint Planning Process (JPP) to execute exercises from start to finish, 5) Developing exercise scenarios to exercise the training audience in real world scenarios and 6) Managing Master Scenario Event Lists (MSELs) to access responses to simulate real world events.
