This is a W2 employee position (not 1099), giving you the structure and benefits of employment while maintaining uncapped earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous door-to-door sales experience required. Roofing experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable generating your own leads
• Willingness to prospect neighborhoods and self-source opportunities
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• High level of personal drive and resilience
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
• Valid driver’s license

Work Structure

• First 30 Days: In-office presence expected for training and onboarding.
• After 30 Days: Primarily remote/field-based, with office attendance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate and self-source roofing leads through door knocking and neighborhood prospecting
• Meet with homeowners and sign contracts
• Meet with insurance adjusters when applicable
• Enter customer information into AccuLynx CRM
• Take property photos to support claims and documentation
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure superior customer satisfaction
• Relay job details to the office for proper production management
• Collect payments before and upon job completion
• Post permits and ladders when required
• Be present during production to ensure quality and scope accuracy
• Conduct final inspections to ensure customer satisfaction

Compensation

Commission-Only W2 Position

• Uncapped earning potential
• Performance bonuses
• $2,000 monthly draw for the first 3 months to provide financial support while you build your pipeline and ramp up production
• Draw is intended to support your transition into the role while you develop leads, close sales, and establish your book of business
• After the initial 3-month period, compensation transitions fully to the standard commission structure and applicable performance incentives

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
