I&C Human Factors Engineer

Supporting an advanced nuclear program, the contract I&C Human Factors Engineer will integrate Human Factors Engineering into digital control systems and human-system interfaces, collaborating remotely with engineering and operations teams. Key responsibilities Lead the integration of Human Factors Engineering into digital I&C systems and human-system interfaces Design and support the development of control room interfaces, displays, and control systems Develop and review technical documentation, ensuring compliance with nuclear regulatory standards Required qualifications M.S. or PhD in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or 8+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of experience in I&C engineering for complex or nuclear systems Experience designing digital control/monitoring systems and Human-System Interfaces (HSIs) 3+ years applying Human Factors principles to workstation and panel design Demonstrated ability to design and deliver industrial I&C platforms
