Key Lead - Westfarms, Abercrombie & Fitch

Job Summary Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience, acting as the Floor Supervisor and guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to run store operations effectively. Responsibilities Perform opening and closing routines. Operate register and point‑of‑sale systems. Fulfill omni‑channel orders. Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales. Build and maintain visual displays. Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making. Protect store assets and perform inventory control. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values. Schedule Work schedule varies weekly; expect at least 12–16 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak timeframes. Requirements High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred) or equivalent. 1 year of retail experience (preferred). Retail supervisory or management experience not required. Experience leading groups or teams (preferred). Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of current fashion trends. Energetic, outgoing, and assertive. Initiative and confidence. Adaptability and flexibility. Detail‑oriented with ability to balance multiple tasks. Proactive thinking and strong work ethic.
