OBD Tuning Engineer/Calibration engineer:
\nYears Of Experience: 3 to 5 Year
\nColumbus, IN - Onsite
\n \nJob description:
\n- \n
- Good with MATLAB/Simulink /Model in Loop \n
- Core2 , Autosar Software Application layer model development /CSAR layer modeling experience \n
- Capability in MATLAB scripting , Simulink and stateflow \n
- MIL, SIL, Polyspace Testing Experience \n
- Calterm, Polyspace Testing experience \n
- Experience in combustion and emission tuning \n
- Aftertreatment/DOC/SCR/PFS/Diagnostic Software experience preferred. \n
- Windchill and clearcase understanding \n
- Experience in OBD 3 Step Tuning, Cross Tools, Test plan writing, Calibration tuning would be added advantage. \n
- Requirements management \n
- Demonstrable capability in MATLAB/Simulink to develop/maintain/test/debug algorithms involved in development of typical control systems (like lookup tables, filters, PI/D loops, timers/counters, fixed point arithmetic) \n
- Testing on open loop test benches \n
- Debugging/problem solving skills \n
- Auto code generation and build process \n
- Unit Testing/Integration Testing /HIL Testing \n
- Good Knowledge of Fuel System and Air Handling system, Performance features, Customer Feature, Cruise Control, ADAS domain experience, Powertrain Automotive Experience \n
Education: BTech/BE/MTech/MS in Electronics and Telecommunication (ENTC)
