TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Ambulatory Care RN in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, 53147!

Job Title: RN - General Surgery Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operations - Medical Group Operations Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospital or clinic experience required. License: Active nursing license required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Experience with wound packing, wound management, suture removal, and phone triage. Description: This position involves supporting a general surgery practice. The facility includes 4 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms. You will work alongside 1 general surgeon and 2 advanced practice clinicians. Only 1 RN will be in the office at a time dedicated to this specialty. The patient population consists mostly of adults, with very few pediatric patients. Services include scheduling surgeries and follow-ups, endoscopy, and a variety of general surgical procedures. You will also assist with in-office procedures such as cyst removals, wound packing, biopsies, and I&D. The RN will be responsible for setting up, taking down, and assisting as needed during procedures. The clinic typically sees upwards of 30-35 patients per day, although some days may have no scheduled patients. In these cases, the RN will still handle orders and see patients requiring wound care. Required skills include rooming patients, order entry, and other clinic duties. Experience with EPIC EMR is mandatory, with an emphasis on ambulatory EPIC. There is minimal floating required, with opportunities to help other providers if needed. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekend or holiday shifts. Requested time off must be coordinated through management. Scrubs may be any solid color.
