Remote HR Manager

Serving as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, the full-time Remote HR Manager will manage employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, and performance management while promoting people-centered HR initiatives across a geographically dispersed organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary resource for employee concerns and lead employee relations matters in partnership with HR leadership Support performance management processes and identify improvements to enhance employee experience and engagement Develop sourcing strategies and own full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Progressive HR generalist experience with a focus on complex workstreams, preferably in a multi-state organization Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices Strong judgment and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly Proficiency with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
