Job Description

Mountain View PACE, part of the One Senior Care family, is growing across Kentucky. With locations already serving Pikeville and Corbin, we’re excited to expand into Ashland, Hazard, and Morehead, bringing compassionate, person-centered care to more older adults and creating meaningful opportunities to serve in these communities.

Do you enjoy building community relationships that lead to real enrollment growth?

If so, you may be the perfect fit for our One Senior Care family of businesses — including LIFE-NWPA, Mountain View PACE, and Buckeye PACE.

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help grow and sustain our participant community by building awareness, strengthening relationships, and sharing the value of our services across the community. You’ll connect with referral sources, partners, and the public — inspiring trust, engagement, and commitment to our mission.

This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, confident, and motivated by results. You’ll balance creativity with strategy, working closely with others to drive enrollment growth while maintaining strong relationships and brand presence.

Schedule:

First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

Benefits:

  • 9 Paid Holidays
  • PTO starting at 3 weeks + 1 day per year (accrued from date of hire for full-time employees)
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision
  • Free Life and AD&D Insurance Plan
  • Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Short Term Disability Insurance
  • Group Voluntary Term Life Insurance for Employee, Spouses, and Dependents
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Tuition Reimbursement and Paid Training Opportunities
  • Retirement Plan with company annual match
  • Mileage Reimbursement at annual IRS rate as applicable

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and retain Participants by promoting program services throughout the community.
  • Develop and carry out marketing strategies aligned with program goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with providers, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Support advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create and coordinate marketing materials, newsletters, and informational resources.
  • Plan and support events, presentations, and community outreach activities.
  • Coordinate media contacts and assist with news releases.
  • Monitor marketing activities to ensure alignment with guidelines and standards.
  • Track data, maintain reports, and support planning efforts.
  • Manage marketing activities within an approved budget.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Everyone’s journey is unique. Even if you haven’t done it all, your dedication to learning and helping others is what counts. With our training, mentorship, and career development programs, we’ll help you grow and succeed.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Outgoing, engaging, and confident communicator.
  • Motivated by goals and driven to achieve results.
  • Comfortable building trust and gaining buy-in from others.
  • Able to balance independence with teamwork and shared accountability.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Warm, enthusiastic, and empathetic communication style.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire — we’ll provide the training!)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Professional experience in marketing, outreach, or public relations.
  • Experience creating and sharing information through print, digital, or in-person channels.
  • Experience working with older adults is a plus, but training is available.

Physical Requirements:
