Position Summary The Talent Coordinator plays a critical role in executing Carlyle's global talent strategy by driving coordination, materials production, and operational excellence across core talent programs. This role is primarily responsible for owning early career program coordination and supporting the execution of high-impact talent processes, including talent calibration, succession planning, promotions, and culture and inclusion. A key component of this role is the production of high-quality, standardized materials using established templates to support senior leadership discussions and decision-making. The Talent Coordinator will work closely with members of the Talent and HR Business Partner teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery across all initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at execution, precision, and managing multiple workstreams. This individual will demonstrate strong operational judgment and a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, share best practices, and enhance team efficiency and consistency. In-Office Requirement: 4 days per week Responsibilities 1. Intern & Early Career Program Ownership (30%)

In-Office Requirement: 4 days per week Responsibilities 1. Intern & Early Career Program Ownership (30%)
- Own end-to-end coordination of the Summer Intern Program, including:
- Scheduling sessions and managing complex calendars across stakeholders
- Preparing Day 1 onboarding materials using established templates
- Coordinating approvals (e.g., Compliance review of materials)
- Manage intern evaluation and feedback process:
- Coordinate performance management including mid/final reviews; compile and track feedback from managers and stakeholders
- Track return offer decisions and overall program outcomes / reporting (ex., conversion rates, key insights)
- Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to ensure a high-quality intern experience
- Support additional early career programs, as needed, including the 2-Year Analyst Program and Associate training
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the intern program year-over-year
- Produce first drafts of key talent materials using established templates and inputs, including:
- Promotion decks and binders
- Talent calibration and succession planning kickoff materials
- Employee pulse survey results decks
- Talent review and leadership presentation materials
- Compile, format, and organize data and inputs into standardized PowerPoint materials
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality formatting across all deliverables
- Incorporate feedback and iterate materials to final versions
- Provide talent process coordination support, including:
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking rooms
- Supporting senior stakeholders with logistics and materials
- Support ad hoc operational priorities and special projects
- Support execution of core talent processes, including:
- Performance management (scorecards, timelines, submission tracking)
- Talent calibration and succession planning sessions
- Promotion process logistics and coordination
- 360 feedback process (participation tracking and logistics)
- Schedule and coordinate key forums, including promotion and talent review committees
- Ensure materials are prepared, timelines are met, and stakeholders are aligned
4. Culture, Engagement & Inclusion Programs (20%)
- Support Employee Resource Groups, Carlyle Women Investors Forum, and other culture initiatives, including:
- Scheduling, communications, and vendor coordination
- On-site event support and logistics
- Assist with the production of employee pulse survey reporting materials, including:
- Populating standardized templates with survey data outputs, including firmwide and segment/department-level reports
- Translating survey data into clear, well-structured slides (charts, tables, and summaries)
- Ensuring consistency and accuracy across multiple versions of reports
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, operations, program coordination, or a similar role
- Experience producing high-quality materials (e.g., presentations, reports) using templates preferred
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder processes preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment required
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with a strong focus on formatting and consistency
- Strong Excel skills for data tracking and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) preferred
- Ability to work efficiently within templates and standardized formats
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong execution and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines
