Job Details

• Handle New York Labor Law and fire and casualty matters from inception through trial
• Manage all phases of litigation including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial
• Appear in New York courts independently across the full lifecycle of complex matters
• Communicate directly with insurers, clients, and opposing counsel at all stages

Looking For:

• New York Bar Admission required
• 4+ years of litigation experience with direct focus on New York Labor Law and fire and casualty defense
