Location: Jericho, NY (90% Remote) Employment Type: Part-time, 1099 Contract (20 hours per week) Hourly Rate: $50/hr

Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Behavioral Health Subject Matter Expert (BH SME) QIN to fill a position with a Non-Profit organization located in Jericho, NY. This 1099 contract role is responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing cross-setting quality improvement strategies within hospital, nursing home, and physician practice settings. The BH SME works with senior leadership, direct care, and performance improvement professionals to provide technical assistance in workflow redesign, team building, communication skills, and emergency preparedness. This position is ideal for an experienced behavioral health professional with a strong quality improvement background who is passionate about improving transitions of care for individuals with behavioral health diagnoses.
