Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Create a welcoming environment for guests, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Bar Operations: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing bar stock, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
• Cleansing and Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule
Full-time availability required, including evenings and weekends.
