This position is for a Registered Nurse Lead role in Richmond Hill, NY, offering full-time onsite employment. Develop and manage nursing and medical support staff schedules. Monitor and improve efficiency of nursing staff assignments. Conduct orientations and in-service training for new staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Provide direct nursing care and manage medication administration. Participate in treatment planning and health education for clients. Respond to medical emergencies and manage controlled substances.
NYS RN licensure. BLS certification. Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school. Five years of nursing supervisory experience, including three years in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in phlebotomy and EKG. Strong time management, writing, and communication skills. Experience working with diverse backgrounds.
