Senior Staff Product Manager - Robot Capabilities

Position Summary As a Senior Product Manager, you will sit at the center of the feedback loop between what customers need and what our development team builds. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will help define the future for Walden and our customers. Core Responsibilities Own the product roadmap for one or more market verticals or product surfaces, prioritizing across customer sites and use cases Develop a deep, first‑hand understanding of customer workflows, environments, and constraints, and translate them into clear requirements Partner with internal engineering teams to prioritize capability development against customer deployment timelines Partner with field operations and customer success to gain real‑world feedback, and feed it back into the engineering roadmap Define customer‑centric KPIs that translate business outcomes into measurable criteria Required Qualifications 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in robotics, hardware, or other physical/autonomous systems Strong technical fluency Strong quantitative instincts and experience using data to drive prioritization decisions Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, real‑world customer requirements Track record of shipping technically complex, hardware‑dependent products Excellent cross‑functional communication skills, with the ability to work fluently across engineering, field operations, and go‑to‑market teams Experience in industrial manufacturing, logistics, or other deskless‑worker environments preferred Walden Robotics offers a competitive total compensation program, including salary, annual cash bonus, company equity, company‑subsidized insurance programs, 401(k) with company match, flexible PTO, daily lunch, and other benefits.
