If you are the ambitious, hard-working type that enjoys meeting new people every day and the challenges of a rapidly growing company, then we would be excited to have you join our team! The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-related position, advanced computer skills, and good organizational skills. Successful candidates would provide exceptional customer service while fielding customer inquiries and requests via phone and emails. Other administrative responsibilities include accounts receivable, new account setup, invoicing, along with helping maintain multiple software programs and portals, specific to our Company and customers. Qualifications Two-year Associate's Degree is preferred but at minimum a High School Diploma. Cargas Energy Systems software experience preferred. Propane Industry experience is a plus! Higher standards for excellence, in a customer service environment. Ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner. Written and verbal communication skills for professional business interactions. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications. (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to learn and apply general knowledge of the company, products and services.
