Accounts Payable Manager 6 month FTC

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager who will be an owner of end‑to‑end processes and have a real impact on the accounting side within Poland, the UK and IRE in our fast‑growing environment. Responsibilities Perform accounts payable duties across all entities within the Group. Process invoices for the Group. Act as the finance point of contact for all invoice, expense and payment queries. Reconcile the accounts payable ledger and perform invoice matching in bank. Automate AP processes to aid accuracy, payment on time and smoother month‑end close processing. Manage employee expenses. Administer AP systems (NetSuite, Approval Max, Zone OCR). Work on ad‑hoc projects. Qualifications 3 years of proven experience in an accounts payable function within a fast‑paced environment. Independent, entrepreneurial approach with ownership of end‑to‑end processes. Understanding of accounting payable and bookkeeping principles; ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. Hands‑on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software. Strong data entry skills, attention to detail and problem‑solving attitude. Experience with NetSuite. Benefits Competitive salary.
