You focus on patient care — we handle HR, billing, marketing, and compliance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Florida dental license (or eligibility) 7+ years of clinical experience Genuine interest in ownership and long-term growth Confidence stepping into a lead provider role Strong communication and team skills
