About the Role

We are seeking a  motivated Pharmacy Technician who is experienced in  compounding and excited to work in a  multi-functional role . You will play a key part in pharmacy operations, assist with DME retail, and support our expanding online supplement and wellness business. This is a great opportunity to grow in a small, innovative company that values initiative and cross-training.

What You’ll Do

Compounding Pharmacy Duties

• Prepare customized non-sterile compounded medications
• Maintain proper compounding records and compliance documentation
• Manage ingredient inventory and expiration tracking
• Support pharmacist with day-to-day pharmacy workflow

Retail & DME Support

• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and education
• Process DME sales and handle related insurance paperwork
• Keep retail area clean, organized, and well-stocked

Online Business & Supplements

• Pick, pack, and ship supplement and health product orders
• Help manage inventory and product restocking
• Provide friendly customer service via email/phone for online orders
• Support backend operations like labeling, data entry, and product setup

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)required
• Interest in  natural health, supplements, and proactive wellness
• Experience with  DME or retail pharmacy a plus
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
