This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term potential with a company known for quality products and operational excellence.If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and being part of a team that builds products from start to finish, this is the role for you.Job DetailsPosition: AssemblerLocation: Golden Valley, MNSchedule: Monday–Thursday | 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Mandatory overtime may be required) Pay:$17.88 – $26.97 per hour (based on experience) $1.30 Shift Differential for 2nd shiftType: Temp to HireWhat You'll DoAs an Intermediate Assembler, you will work as part of a team to assemble industrial equipment from start to finish while meeting quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities Include:Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power toolsFollow work instructions to meet quality standardsConduct in-process quality checks and communicate resultsTroubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure product qualityIdentify and report safety concernsMaintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principlesRotate through multiple assembly stations, including main line rolesFloat to different lines within the value stream after trainingIdentify common assembly bottlenecks (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)What We're Looking ForEducation & Experience:Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly conceptsManufacturing experience preferredDemonstrated continuous improvement mindsetExperience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and torque tools.
