Front Desk Associate - Hotel and Retail Store

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests and customers with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately

- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone, email, or in person

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Provide information about hotel amenities, retail products, and local attractions

- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

- Address guest and customer concerns promptly and courteously

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Friendly, approachable, and energetic personality

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation and POS systems

- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
