Job Title
Serves as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for Delaware's Birth to Three Early Intervention Program, conducting developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers (birth–3) with suspected delays or disabilities to determine eligibility.
Responsibilities include assessing needs, interpreting findings, documenting recommendations, educating families, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and providers, making referrals, and supporting quality improvement and IDEA Part C compliance. Designated SHOC role. B23 is expected to transition to DOE by July 2028; this position is not anticipated to transition. At that time, the incumbent may apply for other available positions within DPH.
