Patient Care Specialist

Location and Hours City/State: Chesapeake, VA. Work Shift: First (Days). Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, dayshift. No weekend shifts, no nights or holidays. Responsibilities As a Patient Care Specialist with Sentara Healthcare, you will provide non-clinical support within a physician’s office and ensure an excellent patient experience by performing a variety of complex administrative tasks. Primary duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and answering patient questions. Teamwork and collaboration are essential.
