Job Details Position type: Part Time Salary: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour Location: Boca Raton, FL 33431 Key Responsibilities Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach. Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude in every situation to continually raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed client expectations. Show strong verbal and written communication skills. Capture customers’ information using multiple means of communication, including phone and written follow‑up. Maintain client books, following up on post‑shopping experience and product care inquiries. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with the Store Manager. Demonstrate full knowledge of products and their benefits to maximize sales opportunities. Leverage fashion expertise to inspire teammates and build collaborative partnerships in a team‑focused environment. Support managers in maximizing efficiency in standard in‑store operations, such as daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns. Partner with the Manager to use internal systems for business analysis and to track store and individual KPIs. Assist in maintaining visual and housekeeping standards of the store. Operate the POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures. Store cleanliness: maintain a clean and well‑maintained shopping environment, including Dusting and cleaning shelves, furniture, fixtures and decor. Cleaning doors, window glass, mirrors (exterior and interior). Picking up and emptying trash cans and garbage as needed. Sweeping and mopping hard floors. Wiping and sanitizing sinks, countertops, shared common areas, and equipment. Team Dynamics Report directly to the Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high‑quality customer service and efficient operations. Provide training to new teammates, including cross‑department functions. Be eligible to support new store openings across the US and participate in nationwide contests to promote team spirit. Job Requirements Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer. High school graduate or equivalent. Compensation based on years of experience in customer service and sales. 3 to 4 years of contemporary fashion retail experience preferred. High standards of customer service and advanced knowledge of selling techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented commitment. Problem‑solving ability. Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends. People‑oriented, energy to work in a fun, music‑driven environment and build guest connections. Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods, bend, stretch, push, pull, and carry items such as mannequins, clothing, totes, and torsos.
