Senior Product Manager, Claris

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a passion for delivering delightful AI-powered experiences and independently drive projects towards completion. In this role you’ll develop and apply insights to help infuse innovative features into our product-development process. You will help to drive strategy, roadmap and direction setting for product offering that helps businesses to streamline their operations and decision making. Description Product Managers in our organization sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager who will be responsible for understanding our client needs, influencing business strategy, prioritizing product features, and collaborating with engineering to develop our products. Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your share of product portfolio. Understand and communicate user needs and perspectives to inspire the broader organization, and help conceptualize new products and features. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. Possess expert knowledge of competitive and third‑party products. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Advocate for the needs and preferences of our users, ensuring that our products are intuitive, powerful, and delightful to use. Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on the product to achieve business goals. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience in driving the development of B2B software products. Demonstrated experience owning customer‑facing products end‑to‑end, from discovery through launch and iteration. Experience building AI‑powered or agentic products, including workflows involving LLMs, automation, or decision‑support systems. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and AI system guardrails. Experience working closely with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams in an agile development environment. Strong ability to translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps. Experience working with data‑driven decision making, including defining success metrics and analyzing product performance. Strong customer empathy and experience conducting discovery with business users to identify workflow pain points. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas through written and/or verbal communication to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, partners, and customers. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Preferred Qualifications Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Experience working on platform products with extensibility through APIs, connectors, or developer ecosystems. Track record of launching products that drove measurable adoption, engagement, or revenue growth. Proven experience working with APIs, integrations, or data‑driven platforms. Experience collaborating with partners or third‑party developers building on top of a platform. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become Apple shareholders through discretionary stock programs. Employees are eligible for restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
