Job Description Summary
The Future Capability and Digital Roadmap Lead is responsible for driving the digital transformation of the HR function. This role shapes and innovates the future of people applications and their role in driving process, experience and insight efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, digital tools, and change management.
This involves digital strategy development, technology implementation, process improvement, change management, data analytics, employee experience, training and development, vendor management and compliance, as detailed below:
Develop and lead a comprehensive digital HR strategy, including technology selection, implementation, and vendor management.
Partner with the HR Service Improvement team to streamline and automate HR processes using digital tools, driving adoption through effective change management.
Leverage HR analytics to enhance decision-making, increase self-service, and reduce unnecessary traffic into the HR service centre.
Enhance employee experience through digital platforms and ensure training for managers and staff in collaboration with the learning team.
Ensure compliance of all digital HR initiatives with relevant laws and regulations. Enable Skills-Based Hiring
