Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist

To support a positive employee experience, the hybrid Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes while collaborating with hiring managers and HR leadership. Key responsibilities Coordinate recruiting activities and manage job postings across platforms Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring completion of documentation and training assignments Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to promote the organization as an employer of choice Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, retail, or multi-location environments preferred Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
