Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral; must communicate professionally and positively with employees and all levels of management Required knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance A fundamental understanding of computer processing including word processing and spreadsheet applications At least five years related experience and/or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
