About the Role As a Team Lead at GO Car Wash, you will support site managers in the daily operations of the car wash, ensuring that all inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Assist site managers with day‑to‑day operations. Ensure compliance with inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards. Hire, train, and coach teammates to meet performance and value standards. Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth. Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example. Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities. Qualifications 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience. Car wash experience preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Typical earnings: $15.50 per hour, which includes a base pay of $13.50 and an average of $2 in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and free car washes. Other Requirements Applicants must be able to deliver excellent customer service, communicate clearly, lead by example, organize time, and work in an active, outdoor environment. A satisfactory criminal and financial background check is required before hiring.
