Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Paducah, KY, for a Public Safety Telecommunicator. Responsibilities include receiving and responding to emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching law enforcement, medical, or other emergency services, and maintaining excellent communication with emergency personnel and the public. The role requires remaining composed under pressure, coordinating quick responses to urgent situations, and ensuring accurate documentation of calls and dispatch actions. Qualifications Strong skills in Emergency Medical Dispatch and handling Emergency Services Proficiency in Dispatching and Communication for responding to and managing calls effectively Familiarity with Law Enforcement processes and protocols Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations and remain calm during emergencies Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Prior experience in public safety or emergency response is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is required Willingness to obtain necessary certifications as required for the role #J-18808-Ljbffr
