Location: 320 W Ohio St, Suite 600W, Chicago, IL 60654 (Onsite/Hybrid as required) Duration: 6-Month Contract Rate: $ 50 - 55/hr

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience administering Okta (SSO, SAML, SCIM, and workflows)
• Hands-on experience with JAMF and JumpCloud for device management
• Experience managing Mac and Windows endpoints in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or similar workflow automation platforms
• Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) best practices
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Google Workspace environments
• Knowledge of Zscaler or similar security platforms
• Experience participating in IT discovery and managed service transitions
