Your mission? Drive sales, keep members happier than a kid in a candy store, and make every day at KidStrong extraordinary!What You'll Be Doing:Center Operations: Assist in managing daily operations, from scheduling to keeping the center in tip-top shape.Build Strong Bonds: Connect with families and grow the community of KidStrongGrow the Team: Foster a coaching culture and support the professional development of your coachesCoach with Heart: Deliver our unique curriculum focused on cognitive, physical, and character development for kids aged 15 months to 11 years.Sales:Customer Acquisition Management: Work with your General Manager to call leads and grow the centerCreate a Community: Have daily engagement with members, prospects and leads, and attend local events to spread the KidStrong magic far and wide.We want to hear from people who have:Sales experienceExperience working with or coaching kids – a passion for child development is a must!Stellar communication skills with both kids and parents.Previous management experience is preferred.CPR certification (or willingness to get one).Ability to work in a physically active environment.A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Perks:Work in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment.Make a real difference in kids' lives every day.Grow your career with ongoing professional development.Don't meet every single requirement but love seeing kids succeed?
