Charity Fundraiser

Key Responsibilities Engage directly with donors to build meaningful connections Implement fundraising strategies to drive donor acquisition for our charity partners Support cause visibility and brand identity across local communities Actively meet and exceed daily and weekly fundraising goals Handle donor questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy Provide outstanding donor service throughout the giving journey Assist with collecting and organizing campaign data Participate in daily in-person team strategy sessions Contribute to improving charity partner return on investment through strong performance What We Offer Paid training with ongoing support Monday–Friday schedule (no late nights or weekends required) Full-time, permanent employment Weekly guaranteed base pay + uncapped bonus potential Average entry-level earnings: $900–$1,400/week Daily cash bonus opportunities Clear path for advancement based on merit and performance Dynamic and supportive team environment What We're Looking For Availability to work Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Prior fundraising or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for connecting with people and building relationships for a good cause A goal-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week Benefits: Health insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Workwolf
