Work Schedule First 60 days: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM After 60 days: Transition to an A/B rotating shift schedule: Week A: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week B: Wednesday and Thursday Primary Work Location 101C International Drive, Portsmouth, NH , with occasional work at 166 Corporate Drive, Portsmouth, NH (approximately 0.5 miles apart). Candidates may be required to work at both locations on the same day. Cross‑Training (Warehouse & Loading Dock) Loading Dock: Not climate‑controlled, exposed to weather, noisy. Hearing protection is provided. Warehouse: Includes freezer storage areas. Cold‑weather jackets and gloves are provided. Job Description Summary Contributes within a team using SAP, Syncade and/or Ship console systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing and allocations of API and consumable components. Supports Manufacturing in handling & shipping product domestically and internationally. Demonstrates organization, time management of primary role requirements for one of the following areas within the Logistics department: (Dispensing/FPA, Receiving, Shipping and/or Warehouse). Key Responsibilities Perform SAP transactions required for assigned area (Goods Receipt, Stock Put‑away, Order Fulfillment, TO Creation, Material Movement) Perform Syncade tasks for assigned area (Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, Inventory). Demonstrate solid understanding of assigned procedures and obtain required qualifications. Demonstrate an understanding of cGMP requirements in the work environment. Perform Circular Chart tasks for assigned area (Installation, Review, Daily monitoring). Perform Logbook entries/review as required for assigned area. Perform safe and compliant operation of Class 1, 2, 3 & 4 for assigned area. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Utilize DMS and Trackwise for assigned area. Perform other duties as assigned to support department. Box Truck Driving. Supervision The incumbent performs routine work within established policies and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments. Receives little day‑to‑day instruction; general instructions on new assignments. Establishes methods and procedures for attaining goals; receives guidance on broad goals; only final results are reviewed. The incumbent exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent. Languages English – Business Fluent. Driver’s License Valid driver’s license. Preferred Manufacturing/Logistics, Entry Level – 0‑4 years. All personnel own the quality of what they deliver and are responsible for notifying responsible management in a timely manner of regulatory inspections, serious GMP deficiencies, process deviations, product defects and related actions.
