Production Operator – Rod Fabrication | $19 .00 - $23 .00 per hour + DOE | 6:00 a m - 4 :30 pm | Saturday - Tuesday

What Matters Most:

• Competitive Pay of $19.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
• 1st shift Saturday - Tuesday 6:00am - 4:30pm
• Located in South Charlotte off Westinghouse Blvd
• Weekly pay

• Hazardous Materials used: Lubricants, cleaners, solvents, paints, coatings

Your New Role

Join an exceptional manufacturing team based in South Charlotte, NC, as a Production Operator. You will help fabricate solid-state laser materials and components for medical, defense, industrial and scientific applications. You will work with a dedicated team committed to ensuring the greatest level of production and quality.

Your Experience:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Math experience and mechanical aptitude are a plus
• Computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Word required
• Good verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to use specialized equipment, read detailed instructions and blueprints, maintain written records, in an organized work environment using 5S principles also required
• Good attendance required
• Excellent communication skills

The base pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
